Tracey is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University, where she specialized in Children, Youth, and Families. She brings extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across a range of clinical settings and presenting concerns. Throughout her career, Tracey has supported individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Her professional background spans residential treatment programs, outpatient and school-based mental health services, group and private practice, as well as work with the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project (MCPAP).

Most recently, she led an integrated behavioral health department within a pediatric primary care setting for over a decade. Tracey is known for her flexible, client-centered approach, meeting each individual where they are and tailoring interventions to fit their specific needs. Her practice draws from evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and short-term, targeted skill-building strategies.
